The manufacturing process starts with a strict quality control of each metal sheet; then, the piece is cut using oxygen, followed by sand blasting and alignment of each piece. When this process is finished, each piece of the machine is mechanized, as in CENA milling machines and lathe. Then, all the pieces that together form the frame are perfectly welded and aligned.
Once the frame has been built, high quality hydraulic cylinders are constructed. These cylinders are considered to be the main part of the machine. They are controlled and tested before being assembled.
In the last manufacturing phase, CENA machines are washed and filled. Then, they are painted and finally assembled and tested to meet the company’s standards of quality.
