CENA SINCRO PHC – CNC models facilitates the control of up to 6 axes for the user thanks to the CNC controller. It is a strong, high-quality machine with a top-notch design. The CNC controller is so simple and easy to use that the user can adapt the machine to the working environment he wants, allowing 2 and 3D modeling from the same machine or from a remote office using the simulation program called CNC ESA KVARA. With this program, the operator can draw the parts to be bent quickly and with no inconvenience, simulate the bending sequence, and preview and develop the next bend. Tools, like dies and punches, can also be manipulated using the CNC controller of the machine or in a PC and then transferred to the controller through a USB port.

The backgauge controlled by the CNC customer gives accurate distances to fold, has guides and ballscrews rectified rectified. Rear fingers allow to regulate the height necessary to fold the command either manually or by CNC. Recoil system to avoid possible shock plate.
